I've spent over a decade designing SaaS products. I've worked inside teams as a tech lead and outside as a consultant.

Now

I work as a freelancer. I help founders and technical teams design SaaS that scales, avoid expensive rewrites and build sustainable technical foundations.

Philosophy

Simple architecture wins. Boring tech wins. Written documentation wins. Explicit decisions (ADRs) win. Realistic deadlines win.
