Commitment

When I can, I help

If your project leaves the world a little better and you don't have budget, we still talk. I say it rarely; I do it whenever I can.

Principles

Honest commitment, no marketing

I don't want to do image-washing. I only mention what I've already done or what I'm doing concretely.

Specific pro-bono

I reserve time each year for audits or architecture sessions for NGOs, cooperatives or open source projects with real impact.

Free mentoring

I mentor technical people in career change or without resources. One hour a week, no commitment to continue.

Open to proposals

If you have a project you think fits, write me. I don't promise to say yes, but I do promise to read it seriously.

When I say yes

  • Project with clear social, environmental or public-good impact.
  • No resources to pay my rate, not by preference.
  • Bounded, deliverable work: an audit, a design, several sessions — not open-ended fractional.
  • The people behind it are honest and the work is real.

Got a project like this?

Write to me with context. No need for a polished pitch.
