Data controller

David Quintero Reina, Spanish Tax ID 74850305W, self-employed professional with registered business address at Calle La Toma 31, 29400 Ronda (Málaga), Spain. Contact email: hola@davidquintero.es.

What data we collect

Only what you actively give us:

  • Contact form data: name, email, company (optional), message.
  • Technical metadata needed to process the enquiry: IP address, browser, language, date.
  • Campaign parameters (UTM) if you arrive from an ad. They are used to know which campaign works, not associated with your identity.

What we use it for

  • Respond to your enquiry and, if we fit, maintain a commercial relationship.
  • Detect and block spam or abuse of the form.
  • Improve the effectiveness of advertising campaigns in aggregate form.

Your consent when submitting the form (art. 6.1.a GDPR) and, where applicable, the legitimate interest in preventing fraud and maintaining service security (art. 6.1.f GDPR).

How long we keep it

Contact messages are kept while the commercial relationship lasts. If we don't end up working together, they are deleted after 24 months at the latest.

Who we share it with

Only providers strictly necessary for the site to work:

  • Google Cloud / Firebase (Ireland, EU) — static hosting and database where messages are stored.
  • Resend (United States, under EU-US Data Privacy Framework) — sending the notification email when someone fills the form.

We don't sell data. We don't share it with social networks or advertising platforms without your explicit consent.

Your rights

You can exercise at any time the rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability. To do so, write to hola@davidquintero.es with reasonable proof of identity. If you believe your rights have not been respected you can complain to the Spanish AEPD (www.aepd.es).

Changes to this policy

If the policy changes substantially we will notify you on this same page and, if you have an active relationship, by email.
